RETURNS
Ville de Luxe hopes you enjoy your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, you may return your full price merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your order. You will receive credit towards your next purchase, minus all shipping charges. We do not offer refunds.
Please return your purchase in the same packaging and in the same condition as when it arrived with all tags attached, unworn, and unwashed to receive full credit.

DAMAGED
We are extremely sorry for this inconvenience. Please notify us immediately. Any damage claims received after 14 days will not be accepted. Please call us to request a return shipping label for the defective item. We will only credit the original shipping cost on your order if you received the incorrect item or if the item was defective.
If your item was not the one you ordered, we will ship the correct item at no cost to you via U.S.P.S. Standard Ground Delivery.
